Paige Langley

Ms. Langley has been with Westside since 2018, where she leads the company’s financial underwriting and analysis efforts across acquisitions, existing assets, and large master-planned community developments.  Additionally, she oversees asset management of a diverse commercial portfolio, negotiates leases and contracts, and manages construction activities ranging from tenant-finish buildouts to large-scale horizontal infrastructure.  Ms. Langley is also actively involved in the planning and execution of the company’s metropolitan district initiatives and other large development projects, regularly interfacing with investors and capital partners.

Ms. Langley graduated at the top of her class from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.  She also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver, with dual emphases in Property Development and Finance, graduating at the top of her class.
