OUR VISION

Westside Investment Partners is a Denver-based investment group with significant experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, and management in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Since 1999, the company has successfully acquired, developed, and sold more than $2 billion worth of assets in the Western region of the United States in a diverse array of asset classes, including raw land, office buildings, multi-family assets and mixed-use developments. Westside maintains a disciplined and opportunistic investment approach based on building strong relationships for sourcing deals, searching across a wide range of opportunities, understanding and mitigating hidden risks in deals, effectively and efficiently executing the asset management strategy, and focusing on long-term value. Westside prioritizes the heart and soul of a community ahead of the investment and physical development process, envisioning projects that lift up communities and celebrate their history.   Most recent acquisitions have included;

  • Loretto Heights campus in Denver, Colorado, a 72-acre infill educational campus that includes the iconic original administration building (c.1890), as well as a number of other historical structures.

  • Victory Ridge, a $22 million office and retail development in Colorado Springs where In-N-Out Burger will be building their first Colorado location and new regional headquarters.  

  •  2424 Garden of the Gods Business Park, a $31 million, 650,000 square foot office building in Colorado Springs, CO 

  • High Point, a 1,500 acre master planned community near DIA surrounding the new Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

  • Blue Vista, a planned residential community in Longmont that included 102 total units, of which 36% were affordable. 

  • TR Ranch, a 257 acre parcel of land near DIA in Commerce City, CO

  • Southgate, a 144 acre parcel of land immediately off of the I-76 and Sable interchange in Brighton, CO

  • Aurora Crossroads, a 140 acre parcel of land on the hard corner of E-470 and I-70 in Aurora, CO

  • Mountain Towers, a $36 million office building acquisition in Glendale, CO 

  • Westside recently constructed a 62,000 square foot build to suit office building in Denver

  • Park Hill Golf Club, a 155 acre parcel of land in northeast Denver which Westside is currently under entitlements
