Blake Amen

Blake has been with Westside since 2018, where he leads the company’s investor relations and equity fundraising, leads the asset and property management, lease negotiations, and interior construction of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial assets, and is actively involved in the company’s acquisitions across all asset classes.  Blake also plays an integral role in the entitlements, horizontal development, project management, contract negotiations, and metropolitan district leadership of numerous master planned communities, as well as the administration, accounting, financial underwriting and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting of the company.  

Blake attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated in 2020 at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a certificate in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Studies, and a minor in Mathematics.
