Andrew R. Klein,
Managing Principal


Mr. Klein formed Westside Property Investment Company in 1998 and has been actively involved in real estate acquisitions and management since 1990.  Westside has acquired and sold over $2 billion in a variety of asset classes including office, retail, apartments, industrial, mobile home parks, raw land, and notes secured by real estate. Westside specializes in making opportunistic investments in distressed and under-managed properties, instituting proactive renovation plans, and aggressively managing assets yielding substantial increases in value.  Westside has more recently focused on larger, master-planned communities including High Point at DIA, Loretto Heights, and Victory Ridge.


Prior to forming Westside, he specialized in real estate acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation) in the DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners Group.  Prior to working at DLJ, Mr. Klein graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Mr. Klein currently serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. He can be reached by email at

Otis C. Moore, III,

Mr. Moore has been with Westside Property Investment Company and its predecessor, Icon Investment Group, Inc., since 1999.  During his tenure, Mr. Moore has extensive experience in the prospecting, acquisition, development, management, structuring and financing of real estate assets, across all asset classes, totaling more than $2 billion in over 100 separate transactions.  Additionally, Mr. Moore has led entitlement, metropolitan district creation, and financing efforts for an array of land development opportunities, including mixed-use urban developments and master planned communities.  Prior to joining Westside, Mr. Moore began his career with Lockheed Martin, working in Business Development on a commercial space launch vehicle program.  Mr. Moore graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in accounting. Kevin Smith,

Mr. Smith has been with Westside Investment Partners since 2007.  He brings a broad array of experience to his work, including financial analysis, design, leasing, financing, marketing, construction and property/asset management. Since joining Westside, Mr. Smith has been the chief underwriter and prospector for all of Westside’s acquisitions and continues to be responsible for the management of all the assets of Westside Investment Partners, which includes tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting and financial reporting. Prior to his work at Westside, Mr. Smith worked for Pinnacle Real Estate advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage in Denver. Mr. Smith graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Finance and maintains his real estate license in Colorado. Mark Witkiewicz,


Mr. Witkiewicz partnered with Westside Investment Partners in 2018. Formally educated in engineering, he utilizes his expertise in both the development and the construction side of real estate development, public and private financing, investor relationships, and community engagement. Mark provides strategic direction, creating and executing business development plans for all types of commercial real estate investment and development opportunities. In Mark’s 25-year career, his ground-up development experience totals more than $500M. A few of his notable projects include: the Dairy Block in Denver, a $200M mixed-use development, the ART, a hotel in Downtown Denver, and the Hyatt Hotel and Conference Center at Fitzsimons Village in Aurora, Colorado. Mark has previously worked for McWhinney Real Estate Company as a Senior Vice President, Corporex Colorado, LLC as Managing Director, and Silverman Development as Senior Vice President, where he cultivated his real estate development skills in financing, deal making, and negotiating contracts. Mark graduated Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Kenneth C. Ho,


Kenneth joined Westside Investment Partners as a Principal in 2019. Prior to Westside, Kenneth was Vice President, Development at Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC) where he was responsible for deal sourcing, capital formation and managing design, engineering, construction and operations teams to execute business plans related to more than 900 apartment homes and $250 million in construction value.

Prior to LMC, Kenneth developed industrial, office retail, residential and mixed use assets with various real estate development and investment companies including Denver International Airport (DEN), Trammell Crow Company (TCC), REGen, LLC a full-service real estate development and advisory firm and Cherokee Investment Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with more than $2 billion under management specializing in brownfield redevelopment. 


Kenneth holds a BA from Stanford University, a Masters of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Weiss Urban Livability Fellow, and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC where he was a Trammell Crow Residential Fellow.


Kenneth currently serves on the Mayor's Housing Advisory Committee and on the Board of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. Kenneth has served on a number of non-profit boards and spent five years as a member of the Chair of the Denver Planning Board. Patrick Schmitz,

Vice President

Mr. Schmitz has been with Westside Investment Partners since 2014. In his time at Westside, Mr. Schmitz has led financial underwriting, asset management, construction management, lease negotiations, budgeting, and financial reporting. Mr. Schmitz has been involved in over $100 million of a variety acquisitions and still manages the majority of those assets today.   Mr. Schmitz Graduated Cum Laude from Miami University in Oxford, OH in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in Management Information Systems.
