When Westside purchased the Property in 2016, the movie theater was nearly 90% complete. In early 2017, Westside sold the theater to Icon Cinemas, a regional theater operator out of New Mexico, Icon plans to turn the theater into Colorado Springs’ first luxury CineBistro with reclining lounge chairs. Icon is scheduled to open in fall 2017.

Westside purchased the approximately 1,150 acres that surround the new Garylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, near Denver International Airport. The Property includes approximately 400 acres of residential land and 700 acres of commercial and retail.

High Point sits in both Denver and Aurora and is a master-planned community. It is located just south of DIA with Pena Boulevard wrapping around the North and West borders of the Property and E-470 running directly through the Eastern portion of the Property.

The Gaylord is an $820 million development which includes a 1,500-room hotel and more than 485,000 SF of exhibition, meeting rooms, pre-function and outdoor space, eight food and beverage outlets, a $25 million water park, and will house over 1,200 full time employees. The Gaylord is expected to open in late 2018.

The entire site plan features 155 acres of office, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and other commercial users. Westside is currently working with the city on 55 acres on the south-eastern end of the Property into the Larry Ochs Sports Park which will include up to 8 baseball diamonds, 3 soccer fields, and an indoor sports facility, with scheduled completion in fall 2018.

After Colorado Heights University had to close its doors in November 2017, Westside was able to purchase this magnificent campus with plans to bring the area back to life! The iconic Administration Building, and possibly others, will be re-purposed, and Westside has begun planning to awaken the rest of the development.

Beautiful Pancratia Hall was built in the 1920's and has served as dormatories and class rooms for nearly 100 years.

This superb campus sits on the highest point in Denver and provides a great opportunity to be renovated into something special that the entire community can enjoy!

Since acquisition in 2015, Westside completed significant renovations to the building’s main lobby, elevators, building conference room, and adding a fitness center.
