Westside purchased this property in December 2015. Westside was able to work with a local homebuilder to develop a land plan that included 25.5% affordable for-sale homes – which is more than twice what was required by the city of Longmont. The result was 76 market-rate homes and 26 permanently affordable for-sale homes owned by Elevation Community Land Trust. The affordable homes target families earning 65-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Westside looks forward to working on additional affordable housing projects in the future.
