Westside purchased this property in December 2015. Westside was able to work with a local homebuilder to develop a land plan that included 32% affordable for-sale homes – which is more than twice what was required by the city of Longmont. The result was 72 market-rate homes and 34 permanently affordable for-sale homes owned by Elevation Community Land Trust. The affordable homes target families earning 65-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Westside looks forward to working on additional affordable housing projects in the future.
