Harvest Junction

Harvest Junction is an approximately 108 acre parcel of vacant land currently zoned and platted for the development of 500 residential units located in the City of Longmont, Colorado. Harvest Junction is conveniently located near I-25 and Boulder and has direct access to new retail and lifestyle amenities. It is located in the heart of Longmont, just one block east of the intersection of Main St. and Hwy. 119.

Harvest Junction is adjacent to the new Harvest Junction Retail Center which consists of over 600,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The Property is also connected to the Quail Campus Community Recreation Center which includes the Longmont Community Recreation Center, a planned city park, and Museum and Cultural Center.

The Project is also adjacent to the Left Hand Creek Trail. This trail is part of Longmont and Boulder County’s countywide trails system and is designed for both pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
