Andrew R. Klein
Principal

Mr. Klein formed Westside Property Investment Company in 1998 and has been actively involved in real estate acquisitions and management since 1990. From 1999 through 2007, Mr. Klein was a founder and principal of Icon Investment Group, Inc., who acquired and sold more than $350 million of real estate assets in 75 transactions. Prior to forming Westside, he specialized in real estate acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation) in the DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) Group. DLJ RECP is a $1.2 billion real estate merchant banking fund specializing in making opportunistic investments in a number of different product types. DLJ was very successful buying distressed and under-managed properties, instituting proactive renovation plans and aggressively managing assets, yielding substantial increases in value. While at DLJ, Mr. Klein was directly involved in the acquisition of more than $400 million in real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail, land and condominium projects. Moreover, Mr. Klein led the acquisition of more than $150 million of multi-family assets and 1,500 units in the Denver area. Prior to working at DLJ, Mr. Klein graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Klein has served on the Children’s Hospital Development Committee Board and is currently a board member of the President’s Leadership Class at the University of Colorado.

Otis C. Moore III
Principal

Mr. Moore has been with Westside Property Investment Company and its predecessor, Icon Investment Group, Inc., since 1999. During his tenure Mr. Moore has extensive experience in the prospecting, acquisition, management, structuring and financing of real estate assets including: office buildings, multi-family properties, mobile home parks and raw land, totaling more than $350 million in 75 separate transactions. Additionally, Mr. Moore has led entitlement, metropolitan district creation and financing efforts for an array of land development opportunities including mixed-use urban developments and master planned communities. Mr. Moore has co-invested in all assets owned by Westside and Icon, and is a Director of the Company. Prior to joining Westside, Mr. Moore began his career with Lockheed Martin working in business development on a commercial space launch vehicle program. Mr. Moore graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in accounting.
